Have a 3bed, 2.5 bath. If appraisal had 2 2bed 2bath comps, shouldn't there be an adjustment for the bedrooms diff., at what rate for colo?
Appraisal regulations clearly state the cut off for bedroom count is 2 when researching comparables. In other words, valid comps for a 3bed home are to have 3 or more bedrooms. 1 or 2 ... more

What's the average cost that I should expect for a home inspection in the Denver area 2572 sq,1450 basement?
I recently paid $350 for an inspection on a similiar home. Look for an inspecter that will warranty the appliances and such for 90 days after inspection. Nice little perk to get.
