Geez. Foreclose? That'd make no sense at all.

Search around for portfolio lenders who'd be willing to lend on the property. Then refer potential buyers there. Or market to cash buyer ... more

I would recommend you call the attorney who did your short sale, ask him. If he says you had that coming than you are good to deposit, cash. Good luck.
