In my opinion Lease-Purchase Agreement (LPA) is a more appropriate terminology as Lease versus Renting conveys the significance of the arrangement more accurately.

The Northshore, downtown or the Southside (the area around Market & Main) would be your best bets and will have the most amenities. Let me know if I can help you find something.
