Mortgage inquireries do not lower your score;
unless you fill out 10 applications.

When making an offer do you have to put down a deposit? Also, if you want to make an offer on a foreclosed house, what do you need to do?
Normally, you have to submit a check, made out to the Title Company, but that check is not deposited until after the Offer has been ACCEPTED.
