Adds for coastal real estate can be remarkably deceptive showing photos of beautiful waterfront that turns out to be a subdivision common area or a community boat landing. The best way to find out is go to the county GIS site (if it's Beaufort Co. click on "maps") locate the lot, then click the "I" tab to get tax value, sales price etc.

Most likely what they are seeing is that the home has appeared on screen in front of 880 potential buyers on their searches or main page when they indicated their preferences.
Of those 880 people, there were 12 people that actually clicked on the property to view the additional information about the property-- an indication that they liked the summary and photo and wanted to know more.
