Highly unlikely. Most sellers are looking for buyers to have some amount for a down payment.

The bets way will be to re-establish your credit and then save some money for a down payment. Most loan programs call for it to be 2 years after your foreclosure.

If the house is not in you name they will have to place it in your name, or at least include you on title.

Then you just go to any bank and get a loan for it.
