For resale value of single story, is a 4 bedroom with a smaller Master bedroom Better than 3 bedroom but with bigger Master bedroom ?
In my opinion, it is better to buy a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with large bedrooms, then a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with small bedrooms. Small bedrooms are less desirable.
