I found a condo (11915 Gorham Ave #5, Los Angeles CA 90049). How do I find out what the HOA fees are going to be?
This unit sold in July. The HOA fees were $550 a month.

720 740 is the credit score you will need with a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loan for there to be no pricing adjusters for credit scores.
