If you want to be 100% honest. Have your realtor drop off the agreement of sale with copies of the comps. Cant be more honest and direct than that. If it doesnt appraise they wont be selling it at their price anyway.
You can certainly find the listing agent for each property, but if you have no representation, who's going to look out for your best interests? Certainly not the listing agent and their job is to sell the property for as much as possible... Don't shoot yourself in the foot before you even start the process...... more
