You have plenty of time. The new owner will need to file eviction procedings to get you out and that process takes 3 months or longer. They might offer you what is called 'cash for keys' where they give you some $$$ to be out sooner.... more

Chicago is a huge city and prices can vary tremendously, but for $600 you are likely to get a studio in most areas or small one bedroom that you might find too small for you. I can send you listings for avarious areas if you like so you can get a feel for what I mean.... more
As of today there is 27 active houses to rent. The cheapest is 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo for $ 750, and most expensive $ 2750, nice English style house, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath ....please let me know what type of rental will fit your criteria..I can e-mail all of this listings to you if you like.

Winnemac Park is a rather residential neighborhood and there are few, if any, furnished units ever offered. You will need to look elswhere, but you will also have a problem for just a 2 month term. 99% of rentals in Chicago are 1 yr terms or maybe 6 months. You need to look for sublets/temporary housing/corporate suites/motel accomodations for that short term.... more
