Did you have someone pull your credit report? You say you owe 15K, is that on a private mortgage? Have you had or use credit cards. Even if you have no credit score, one can be established through whats called untraditional credit. We would use sevreal things, like utilitiy bills, insurance bills, memberships, or any typicall reocurring bill. This can be done in a relatively short time. You would need to contact a local realtor in your area. Just call them and have them come out to your home and do a CMA (comparative market analysis) of your home. This will tell you the approximate market value of your home. Now you do not have to sign anything and call more then one agent. You need to interview these agents for the job of selling your home. Sit down now and write down your thoughts and concerns. Talk to the prospective agents and tell them your concerns. Chose the one you feel the best about and that gives you the answers you like.
