The house would have to appraise for the amount you're borrowing minus the minimum amount down, and your income vs debt ratio would have to be enough to satisfy the banks requirements...so now the hard part is finding a $250,000 for $150,000.00!!! Good luck!... more
The buyer makes an offer, not the seller, giving away your best price as a seller is not in the sellers best interest. the buyer makes an offer in writing and you as teh seller can accept or counter it. Verbal ,means nothing so never show your hand unless the buyer is serious enough to make an offer correctly. Your agent should know better.... more
You have the ability to buy the house. If there was a Will and there is equity in the property you can purchase the property for what is owed. Check with the lender what is the payoff balance; then check with a local realtor as to how much house is worth.

Yea, sure. The same people that 125% no doc mortgages.
Why would someone rent to someone who has a history of bad credit unless they can prove otherwise unless it was a place where no one else wanted to live and the owner was desperate.
We in the real estate world are also suspicious of someone wanting to pay a year in advance.
That usually means there is something wrong.
I believe only pets that are able to help you IE..seeing eyes dogs are allowed to be in that building. Let me know if you see any other places around and I could find out for you.
