If you have issues with your agent, then you should probably sit and discuss them first. Are there specific concerns you have with their efforts to date? Anything you specifically would like a "new" agent to do differently?

I am not sure what the average days on market are in Dover, the best place to get that info is a local realtor that is familiar with the market in your area. As for when to start thinking about accepting lower offers, one of the indicators will be how many showings you are having at your current listing price. The general rule of thumb I use for my clients is that if there are very little or no showings in a two week period then it's time to drop the price. The price drop doesn't have to be extreme, sometimes it just takes bringing it down to the next lower price level so that buyers who say "I'm not going over x amount" now see your property as being in their price range . If you are still having plenty of showings then just hang in there you may still find someone who is willing to pay your price.... more
