i don't think there is an overwhelming number of homes for sale here. Why do you say that? It's a great place to live -- GREAT!!! My advice -- determine what is important to YOU, not what others think. There will always be some one willing to paint any town in a negative light. If what they are talking about is not interesting to you, then it doesn't matter. :) Believe it or not, some people are threatened by the diversity of Teaneck -- it makes them uncomfortable. Anyway, to learn about the things that are important to YOU, speak to a realtor. My suggestion is Barbara Ostroth -- she's a long time resident who specializes in Teaneck and the surrounding area. http://www.coldwellbankermoves.com/real_estate_agent/3797/Barbara-Ostroth.aspx
there are other good realtors around too, but she is the absolute best in town. Then come to me for your mortgage!!:)
good luck to you and your family.... more
You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!
