Yes there are definitely homes with guest homes available. Some could be as small as a 2 bed 1 bath home with a detached studio apartment in Plaza-Midwood, all the way up to the homes on Bonds Grove Church Rd where one home is about 30,000sf with 2 guest homes - a 3,000sf and a 4,000sf home.
The issue you may have with finding what you're looking for is because there is no specific field in our MLS system that allows you to search by guest home. At the least, an agent would have to do a keyword search through the remarks section. But even then, that's assuming the listing agent mentions it in the limited remarks section.
A good agent should know how to look this type of property up through the public tax records and then cross-reference with the active listings. An even better one would know how to contact the ones that aren't listed for sale to see if they would sell.

I agree with Ron and Dave. Faster and more is not better. Some companies have several people in a team, that crank out a dozen sales a month. It does not necessarily mean better service.
Sometimes owners want to try a slightly higher price (against an agent's advice) and the listing takes longer to sell. Or, they just don't have the equity to sell at a lower price, but the agent tries to work with them.
Days on the market is not the best indicator of good service. I have a few methods for screening agents that I can recommend, but the easiest is to find any agent that has had a sale in the last 4-6 months in your area, then ask that agent for the phone number of their last few sellers. That should tell you what you need to know.

I mapquested this address for you, and then overlayed grocery stores and gas stations. It looks like you have 5 grocery stores and at least 8 gas stations within two miles. Please find the map quest page I created for you attached here, then zero in on the map to the address....then click the grocery and gas station icons and they will appear for you also!
