So first off notice that the rent for this place seems very low. Secondly notice that the contact information for the "listing agent" is an out of area phone number from Tennessee. I would say move forward with caution and make sure you are interacting with someone genuine. $1200 for over 1800 sq ft seems like a great value....maybe too great. Robert L Springett Jr is the registered owner per tax records, and I noticed that the email associated with this "rental" is not that name. I'd be very careful to make sure you are interacting with the true owner. Buyer beware.... more

It is exceptionally low, and so I shall remind all renters not to send money in the mail to anyone claiming to be the landlord. Meet in person and have them verify that they are the owners! Apparently there are many scams going around! Rents vary anywhere from $1600 to $2500 in good condition and residential neighborhood.... more

The laundromat is a great place to hang out if you need to wash some clothes. Some people have found their soul mate at the Laundromat. There is even a great place I know of where you can get a nice brunch, or just coffee and do your laundry. You can have a great time meeting locals and/or read the paper... it's in the city, called the Brain Drain Cafe.
Then again, if you prefer to stay in, doing your laundry at home... the choices are endless. You can mix colors and not worry if you use the right detergent and temperature mix. If you need a machine and are on a budget, I can hook you up with a great used appliance place. We bought a nice washer and dryer for $150.

You need to go into both Trulia and Zillow and "claim" the property. That means that you declare that you are the owner or the owner's real estate agent. It will then allow you to edit the features of your home.
