FYI -- Trulia is not a real estate company. It is a marketing site that pulls listings from many different sources. If it's a listing for sale, then you should address your concerns with the LISTING AGENT.
Also, most Contracts to Buy give the buyer the opportunity to do their own due diligence before closing on a property. If you discover facts about the property during this process that you don't like, then you terminate the contract. Period. No need to get "lawsuit happy". If you discover it's not really on a private beach, then do not move forward with the contract!... more
