The home you are referring to is in San Luis Obispo, so if you lived here, your child would not go to Grover Heights Elementary School. Additionally, the home is not on the market – Trulia lists it as withdrawn.
If you would like a way to find out what schools are associated with different areas, all of the schools are on my web site.
“IF I LIVE HERE, WHERE WOULD MY CHILD GO TO SCHOOL?” http://www.dnorwood.com/LUCIA_MAR_SCHOOLS.aspx and http://www.dnorwood.com/SLO_SCHOOL_DISTRICT.aspx
Additionally, you can view all of the available homes on the Central Coast in “Real-Time” at http://www.dnorwood.com/MLS.aspx
I can also send you a list of home in areas that have the schools you would prefer, which include Grover Heights, Ocean View Elementary, Shell Beach Elementary and Branch Elementary.
