i am trying to enter a new listing and it will not let me because the home was recently sold.
Congratulations for getting this back on the market. I went in and deleted it from my listings. Try it again. If that doesn't work, call Trulia directly.

I believe it is the other way around. Your goal is not attainable. There is NO lenders that will take any chance when the sold price over the value.
