There is no surge of sales. This is normal, people outgrow their units and move on. I happen to have a two bedroom, one bath unit - 950 square feet with a full harbor view in the front of the building.

This is a co-op building so they require a 15% down payment and board approval. Homeowners cannot sublet or have a dog, cats are acceptable.. There is also a waiting list for parking, otherwise there is a parking garage down the street. You can also walk to the ferry terminal or take the bus that stops in the front of the building. The common charges include heat, hotwater and Real Estate taxes.
