I am going to assume you have moved out due to the lack of furniture in the pictures. Here are a few relatively inexpensive ideas. First remove the table in the kitchen it looks like patio furniture which in theory there is noting wrong with but may have buyers spending way too much time wondering why your patio furniture is in the house. Next remove the swing set and above ground pool unless this is a big selling point in your neighborhood. Add some colorful annuals to give the front of the house a new look and spice things up a bit. My only other suggestion is to look at what the past buyers have said about the property and if there is something there you can do to fix it.
