Did you purchase yet or are you still looking? Do you own a boat or RV & need parking. Some Port Orange subdivisons only have a common area fee & no HOA fee. Are you in an HOA now? Please let me know so I can help. It says you are currently in Town Park but then you wrote New Smyrna Beach?
In 2011 there was a violation of city codes and enforcement on this one:
GLENWOOD VILLAGE PHASE II iolation of Code of the City of Port Orange:
CHAPTER 70 (Traffic), ARTICLE II, SECTION 70-48 (Parking of recreational vehicles
and equipment on residential premises, (c), of the City of Port Orange Code of Ordinances:
No recreational vehicle or equipment greater that 24 feet in length shall be parked or
stored on any residential lot or the right of way adjoining the residential lot except for the
(1) In an enclosed building or a completely enclosed garage
(2) Behind the front plane of a dwelling unit
(3) Anywhere on residential premises for a period not to exceed 72 hours in any
continuous 30 day period for the purpose of maintenance, loading or unloading
The contact person was Dena Joseph, Code Compliance Inspector, City of Port Orange, Florida
Therefore it is up to the BUYER to do DUE DILIGENCE and tell them the boat & trailer size & motorcyle noise decibels, type, etc. Some motorcycles can wake up neighbors if too early and maybe more land or trees on your lot would help.
I'd be happy to find you the RIGHT home for you.
