Yes. FHA Loans are perfect for people with low credit scores. Check out The Lenders Network they are partnered with many lenders that can go down to a 580-600 score for FHA. Good luck!

If its just a Heloc you need then Trumark will do to 90%.....but only for a purchase on a primary residence and not cash out. You need to have over 720 credit score
