What does the inspection on a home cost, for the buyer? Is it a percentage of the home or what? What is the high/low range?
I'm sure it varies by state/area, but here in Oklahoma City it goes anywhere from $150 & up depending on the square footage of the home.

Earthquake insurance in Oklahoma City is a lot less than people think. Of course it depends on the value of your home but I found it to be cheap compared to other insurance.
