I am looking for a rural rental around Newton Kansas, I've been looking in small towns surrounding Newton as well. Please let me know of anything!
I am selling 3-4 mobile homes in my park in newton, they are all fixer uppers though. Asking price is $500 per home "as is" with a minimum one year lease.
