Is Treme a good place to buy an investment property? How would you rate it as opposed to Garden District, Gentilly, French Quarter, Bywater?
Treme is a great place to invest. Walk to the CBD and French Quarter. Each of the areas you mentioned unique place in the City. There is a wide price difference in these neighborhoods.

I live just up the block. This street did not flood badly. Water did not reach the inside of homes , and this area is designated a B ratting , ( doesnt flood ) ,
