Hi Patricia, what is the link to the property you have uploaded? You need to change it at the source of the information, for example, if it pulls the information off your website, or your companies website, you need to make sure the price is changed there first. You'll get use to the system, it is a wonderful way to get buyers questions answered and your properties displayed. Hang in there.
You should contact Trulia directly. If you are working with an agent contact them directly. If you are not working with anyone I would love to show you the full extent of our marketing.
Harry, There is a "report error" button in the listing that you can click. trulia.com, zillow.com, realtor.com, etc. are all third party real estate websites with notoriously inaccurate data. Engage a Realtor to help you with your rental inquiry. We do not handle rentals. Good luck.... more
I sometimes have to change for my owners but I have my sites directly linked in to syndicate. Trulia will send you updates of similiar properties.....it depends on the criteria established in your profile.
Hi Debbie! How are you? Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your question, but I wanted to say HELLO! What are you up to these days? I hope that all is well!!
Michelle Thomas, Realtor
The link you gave show's it is sold...however, when you click for more info it says "list this property". It is probably another one of those RealtyTrac deals that none of us agents agree should be posted on Trulia.
I would get an agent if I were you and then you can search everything on the market. Trulia only has listings that agents put in, doesn't include the MLS, or short sales, reo or foreclosed properties.... more
I apologize for not finding and answering your question much sooner. I'm afraid that Trulia does not include rental listings within our search results at this time, but I'll be sure to share your request with the rest of our team.

Hi Marie. The answer to your question depends on how quickly the county where you live processes the recording of the deed. Some counties are seriously backlogged and others have only a few weeks delay time. Trulia receives it's sold property information from public records while the active listings information comes from real estate agent's websites and manual uploading by agents. Thus, when a listing agent updates the MLS and shows the property as sold, this information is not sent to Trulia. When you look at the recently sold properties on Trulia, it shows the source of the information. Click on a recently sold property and you will see the following disclosure at the bottom: "Information is compiled from public records. We receive regular updates from our data providers, but the data may contain inaccuracies. Please contact your local assessor or recorder office to correct this information."
I hope this helps.... more
