David to answer you question, Gallatin Heights compares very favorably to other subdivision in the area. Gallatin Heights offers amazing accessibility, great value, and large lots. It is located west of Jackrabbit Ln. between Valley Center and Hulbert and is a short drive to Bozeman, Belgrade, Four Corners or any of the areas recreational draws. Phase I of Gallatin Heights is now available and has three different lot types, 10,000-12,000SF lots, 1/2 Acre lots, and 1+ Acre lots, with some quite a few 2+ Acre lots in future phases. Gallatin also offers a fully landscaped parks, trail systems, and open space, and public water and sewer. Prices in Gallatin Heights start at $73,200 for the 10K-12K SF lots, $115,000 for the 1/2 Acres, and $139,000 for the 1+ Acres. Compared to the subdivisions around it Gallatin Heights has a superior location, great amenities, and is priced very well for the size of the lots.
