I work with Merit Realty, one of the biggest Reo Companies here in the valley. This gives me a big advantage when you are trying to secure a property. I can show you homes that are not on the market or homes that will never be on the market and are just Merit Listings. This help so we dont have to deal with the public and multiple offers. Send me what you are looking for or your email and i will forward some homes to you.
