You were told??? Did you get any paperwork showing the problem was repaired? Did you have an independent contractor verify the report or check for you that the problem was corrected? As a homebuyer, you have to do your due diligence, too.
As far as recourse goes, that would depend on your contract/warranty/guarantees presented to you. Go back to your closing attorney and ask.... more
Hi Sandra, thanks for writing in! This house was just sold in February. Are you looking for a home like this? Just let me know what your needs & wants are, and I'll be happy to forward you properties that are on the market now and update you as new ones are listed. Also if you could answer these most important questions for me:
1) What is the most important thing you want/need in your next home?
2) What is the one thing you absolutely not want in your next home?
It's also helpful to think of the things you have in your current home that you love & not like. Then we can go take a look at the homes you like the most!
I see that you are also selling your home. Are you listed yet? If not, I'm happy to visit your home to take a look so that I can do my homework and let you know what price you can hopefully get for it as well as everything that I will do to market your home in particular. Each home is different and needs special attention to particular details. Feel free to call me at 862-242-0688 or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org . Feel free to visit my website as well at TaraDreamHomes.com . Look forward to helping you!
