I agree with Larry. Trulia is not a good place to look for purchases or rentals because nothing is up to date. I still like Craigslist for rentals.

A great place to put your rental listing is on hotpads.com. You can upload that entire brochure to craigs list.

Be careful with rented property on craigslist that is where the scammers hang out. Aproperty management firm or local realtor will be a lot safer for you.
