I'm currently renting a 1 br apartment and have been awarded custody of my kids and now looking to either buy or rent a 3-4 bdr home in Irvine, CA.
If you find out you don't qualify for a conventional loan I can help you find a seller to finance up to 90% of the loan. So you'd need 10% down.
