I am a current Wisconsin resident looking to move to Houston in the fall. I would be looking for something small like a studio or 1 bedroom apartment I would prefer something with the utilities included. I will be using public transportation when I get there so what area should I be looking in? I'm maxing out at about $750 a month.

Probably, as it depends on the property management company. I would suggest that you talk to the apartment that you are interested in and see what they have to say.
