Sellers moved out of state and buyer moved in before closing, was not stated she was allowed to do so in paperwork.
If the buyers want to move in before closing, the sellers are entitled to ask for rent.

Be cautious when dealing with people answering Craigslist Ads.

Was the house bank owned. If the seller has not lived in the home it probably won't be signed. They do not have an obligation to fill it out or sign it.
