Sorry I am not familar with your market, please consider calling, speaking with a local agent or Realtor, they should know the DOM average. Here in Tucson we are looking at around 110 days, lots of inventory.
There will be more houses coming into inventory April through June. At present we have a shortage of homes because buyers have been extremely busy purchasing them. Properly priced homes will sell in less than 30 days in our current market. If you are considering selling your home, now is the time to place it on the market. If you are buying, now is the time to get prequalified so that you can jump when you find the right home.
In the past 7 weeks, I have listed 4 homes and sold 4 homes. This is a great upswing from 2 years ago.... more
