I just looked in the Realtor MLS and do not see any. Maybe a local Realtor has a pocket listing, or maybe a for rent by owner if you drive around there. Otherwise, you may have to settle for close to Sunnybrook.

Assuming you are searchng in Bloomingdale proper with only 18 active rental listings there are no single family homes available at that price range. There are 10 condos, one single detached family home at $1900 and the rest are townhomes or quads. No Rent to Own.
You may have better luck on craigslist in finding a rent to own. If you decide to go that route I recommend you find a good real estate attorney since the contracts for that type of option are heavily biased towards the landlord and most people end up losing the down payment credit and rental credits due to the strict contract language.
Have you tried getting pre-approved for a mortgage? If you have not tried you may want to find out where exactly you stand in regards to your current financial situation when it comes to obtaining a mortgage loan.

If you are thinking about possibly buying or renting a condo or townhome, there often are homeowners association restrictions on pets similar to the restrictions you may find renting from landlords, but lanlords can be negotiable, homeowners associations are not. In either case, there are worthwhile options that allow pets. If you are thinking about possibly buying a single family detached home then there are no restrictions.
