You've gotten some great answers from lenders and agents. I also own some investment property too and have a mortgage on our existing home. It sounds like your score is high enough. Will really depend on your current lease amount, lease, lease mortgage payment, your current home mortgage payment and of course, income. An accepted Offer of Employment letter is good because many people relocate to the Augusta area because of the cost of living and amenities etc (check out Money magazine's review). hi I don't see why not. what is going on with the two homes that you do own? are you renting them ? anyway I feel if your creditworthy enough to own the houses I'm sure you can rent. some property owners don't like pets inside because they feel that they may destroy their property and some will allow pets only if you pay a non-refundable of $250. It depends on your area and whom your renting from. I hope this helps.... more
Willhaven is a pool community outside of Fort Gordon main gate #1. They also have a small playset near that location as well. Pool usage is included in the owners Homeowners Assocation dues. Easy access to Interstate I-20 too. Hope this information helps....
