The listing that you refer to already reflects tthe square footage at 1267, and 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. This appears to be a condo, and most in that area were built in 2007. Thre are quite a few already on the market in that area.
If you were really interested in this type of property, I'd suggest you go to other resources to find homes in pre-foreclosure. A home can be in the pre-foreclosure status for 111 days, and then, once owned by a bank, they could hold it as much as 3 months (more or less) before they release it to the market. This is a harder way to accomplish your goal, if it's to by a home below market, through foreclosure.
