Hard to say.
Lots of factors.
Lots of foliage around the pool that falls in will kill chlorine.
Lots of 'bathers' in the pool kill the chlorine.
Add lots of skin care products and the chlorine is sapped fast.

I have a lot of foliage and spend about $200 per year on chemicals.
Electricity? I have no clue.
I clean it myself.
I maintain myself.
But things break..... So I would add it all up to $100 per month-ish on the high side.
Much lower if you have a good healthy pool with newer equipment.
$50/month would be the low side.

Median Market time for the Spring/Klein area is generally about 60 to 90 days. Obviously there are homes that take a lot longer and some that sell in a week or two. If the house is priced right and in good condition and staged well with no obvious problems, ie, super busy street etc. then one should expect good activity in a week or two with a potential sale in less than 90 days. If not, something might be wrong and the listing agent and the seller should have a serious review of the home and the market.... more

Section 8 rental homes are usually listed thru a real estate broker. The best way to search is directly from the Houston Association of Realtor's website.
Also, local agents may be able to persuade property owners to accept section 8, since they can receive their rent on a timely basis.
