Only you and your agent know what was present in the purchase agreement, this status of the agreement and the contingencies stipulated.
- Again, you have an agent..ask him/her. Listen closely regarding the purpose of the escrow money, whose money it is, and who/what is controlling that money. Stop second guessing your agent. Such action protends a bad outcome.
