It looks like this property was taken over by the HOA in a foreclosure sale on 08/08/08 but it was not recorded in the county records until 9/18/08. There is a very good probability that their lender was going to foreclose on them as well and the HOA beat them to it. It appears that there is an HOA of $25 per month but you would need to check on this with the HOA.
However, if you are interested in purchasing this property you will need to contact the HOA and find out what their plans are for the unit and then proceed accordingly. This property is currently listed in the MLS but I can tell you that this information is not updated and is incorrect. REALLY important point here: MAKE SURE YOU ARE REPRESENTED BY A REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY WHEN DEALING WITH PROPERTIES SUCH AS THIS. There may be additional leins etc. on this property.
