You need to speak with your real estate attorney and agent. You do not want to breach the contract and wind up paying a lot of money and having a lot of angry folks.

the pre-foreclosure at Valleywood Rd in Hopkinton has a "trulia arrow thingy" pointed at a property that isn't on Valleywood - its on a Pond St
thanks Matt and much of what you state (trulia, less than timely) may be true but I found out "Lis Pendens" means notice of default, not a persons name.
