Agree with most folks here-Columbus GA is an area that you must personally visit. In any city there are good and bad areas. I like to visit the area.in question at night-sometimes you can get a better feel for an area. Good Luck everyone moving forward-especially real estate agents.... more
Thirty years is a lot of experience in an industry. I am not familiar with the types of certifications you are touting. It probably means you guys are a good company if you have been in business that long. Has it been hard keeping up with the changes in the air conditioning industry?

Yes, you probably are. Usually the CA only covers things that are considered common elements. That being said though I would check your bylaws. They will have all of the specific information on your CA's policy. http://doorlockwindowrepairs.com.au/services/... more
Especially now, a lot of the baby boomers are either moving now or planning to shortly. I think it is important to plan out your retirement. I think a lot of people forget to do this and that is why they end up working again. You have to replace the working with something else. Indian Lake Estates is a quiet little community. They seem to be quite active. There is a nice like for canoeing and they have a regular picnic at the lake. Right now pricing is great. Anyone that wants to live in the mountains or have a nice retreat, this is very affordable.

Lots depends on your price range #1....then #2 what commute you can stand. Maybe what hours of travel you have....then what kind of neighborhood you like. Older homes more unique or standardized organized neighborhoods with new or newer homes.
Several great cities around....Frisco...Coppell....Plano....McKinney...Allen...might be nice places to consider.
We normally like to sit down with you and ask lots of questions about your ideas of a good place to live before helping guide you to resources and areas, but sounds like you are on the right track.

Deed restrictions are generally recorded in the county records where the property is located, you can try contacting the clerk of court. If you are in a mandatory HOA, most states have specific state legislation regulating HOAs, duties of their boards, disclosure, etc. HOAs, in general, MUST provide access to budgets, meeting minutes, etc to all residents in good standing.
You might also try going back to your closing title company or attorney and ask them to obtain a copy of the recorded HOA documents for you.
Sellers, agents, closing agent --- someone should have notified you before the closing that there was a HOA.... more
The first thing you ill have to do is get a new router. A standard router doesn't have enough range. You will also need to get a high bandwidth frequency to make up for the extra web use. Next, just st up the router like a normal one but give everyone the password! http://www.integratingwifi.com/... more
