To have your home on Trulia, you must be listed by a Realtor as the homes here flow directly off the local MLS's or can be input only by someone with a valid license number. Good Luck

Normal wear and tear are things like nail holes, scuff marks and dirty carpet. Damage would be larger holes in the wall, stains on carpets, etc.
