Verrado is hands down the best community in the entire west valley to live...the hoa fee of $164 is clearly worth all of the benefits. What is more, the community offers great outdoors activities such as hiking and biking access to the mountain trails, best (in my opinion) golf course in west valley, great community events like the upcoming Founders' Day Weekend (April) and a community feel found nowhere else in the valley. Schools are great, people know one another and a true sense of community exists. Bottom line is people want to live here. Another great feature is that the homes are not all the same...may good and great valley and nationally recognized home builders offer a variety of homes and styles. One downfall is the water company is private (Arizona American Water) and the water bills are higher here than in other locations. All considered, you get what you pay for in a community, hoa and choice of Realtors (as a buyer, you do not pay a Realtor, but still must work with knowledge and experience to get the most benefit). Feel free to search homes for sale in any community thru my site listed below and call on me should you want to chat!
