How bad is "bad"?

If you have a score down to a 580, FHA is possible with us. If you have a score down to 500, we also have a program but it does require at least 20%.

I looked at a house which is sell by owner . Records show that the house is 2400 sq ft , but the owner says it is 2700 sq ft ?
You need to see who is correct. You can simply measure the house for your self. If you have teh assessor increase teh square footage, the assessed value coudl go up therefore uncreasing ... more
