Hi Allison, I only see 4 homes available at this time - 4 of them were built by Turnberry, and a new construction build by True Homes. There is also 1 that is Under Contract. I'm not aware of any problem in that area.
Are you currently working with a Realtor to purchase a home there? Or are you interested in looking there?
If so, I would love to chat with you. Please give me a call at 704-443-8627, email me at ArrieroRealty@ gmail.com or visit www.PropertiesinCharlotte.com.

Good evening, Sherry:
Having done a bit of land development, presided as president of several HOA's, I'll tell you that every HOA regulation is different. So my suggestion is to find a home and location you like and then determine how we can address the storage of your bike trailer. Few HOA's will prohibit storage of trailers if they are completely enclosed (e.g. in a garage), and many will allow construction of enclosed storage that matches the home construction quality and appearance; you might find a home with an extra deep garage or a third bay or 3 car garage that might be suitable. Here are some examlples http://bit.ly/rtG3Zo

Since real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods, consider doing additional research of your own; research the area online, take the time and visit more than once, drive around, possibly chat with locals, check out whatever is important to you, etc., then make your determination, will your comfort level be reached; for school information see link....
I highly recommend you call Michelle Graves with Keller Williams Realty in Indian Trail. She knows the area well and can help you find a good rent to own or lease / option home in the area. Her number is (704) 507-6781. Tell her Ed Nailor recommended her to you.
If you would like to get pre-approved or consult on your credit, I'd be happy to help with that as well.
Good luck.... more
Hello, my name is Lynn Cooper, Broker, NC & SC and if you are looking in the Wesley Chapel area of South Charlotte, it is a high growth area, abutting Weddington, Waxhaw, Indian Trail... There is not a neighborhood in Union County by the name of Country Walk. I've checked the MLS System for you and would be happy an answer any questions you might have if you are indeed interested in Wesley Chapel, NC.... more
Great question! If you access Map Quest.com and type in 'landfill' in search field with the city/state - it will reveal all locations found on Map Quest. You can expand or tighten the map search to reveal more data.
Hope that helps!
