The property is a short sale listing in a 55+ community and it's currently active. I spoke with the listing agent and the following services are included in the HOA: Clubhouse Paid, Outdoor Cooking Area, Golf, Gym/Ex Room, Tennis, Onsite Property Management. The HOA fee is $217.00 a month.

You will probably have a separate agreement that you will have to sign:
If they care, you probably dod not want to violate that agreement.
The Catch 22 may be;
The caviate will apply to the RESIDENTS,
and not to the OWNER.

Yes, you can look it up at the county recorders office by APN number, or address. If it does not have an address you will need to look at the plot maps to get the APN number. The property tax record will show the current owner and mailing address. In some cases a phone number will be listed as well.... more
Rmoney I would talk to the attorney that did your forclosure action for you on how to proceed with vacating the property. A lot of the lenders offer the occupant cash for keys in the 1500 to 3000 dollar range to return the property broom clean and undamaged.... more
