Check with your agent to see if she can pull a report that tells how many people viewed the property . It will break it down between those who looked at it (1st page) and then those whe looked at the details. ie: If there are 500 people who saw the listing on the 1st page and only 1 or 2 who looked any further, it may be that it's overpriced or some other reason. Has there been a brokers open done? sometimes that's a great way for other realtors to let you know.
