Is it a good idea to buy a new townhome directly from a home building company like KB Home without having a realtor of your own? What are the pros?
I would suggest doing some research on the builder first. A new home warranty is only as good as the reputation of the builder backing it.

Most properties are sold way way way over asked due to close proximity to job centers. 25% buyer use cash to force the offer. Competition is always fierce any time of the year.
